WaterFurnace Symphony
Web Access
If you are an existing customer and would like to manage your furnace from a computer, click here to access the WaterFurnace Symphony login page. You can easily change notification preferences for system faults and update your contact information. The login information is provided during your system installation.
Mobile Apps
As an alternative, you can access your system by downloading the Android App or the iOS App. Both apps are free of charge to download and no monthly fees! The login information is the same as the web site, and was provided during your system installation.
Connection Issues
If you are having problems accessing your system through the mobile app or website and you've changed your WiFi password, installed a new router, or changed Internet providers, download this AWL reconfiguration file for instructions on re-configuring your Aurora WebLink (AWL). If you are still having problems, or can't get your AWL online, please contact us.
